TRICARE is the healthcare program serving uniformed service members, retirees, and their families worldwide. It offers comprehensive coverage, including doctor visits, hospital stays, prescriptions, and preventive care. TRICARE ensures access to quality healthcare for military personnel and their families, both at home and abroad.
The TRICARE Transition Assistance Management Program (TAMP) provides temporary healthcare coverage to transitioning service members and their eligible family members. It offers continued access to TRICARE benefits for up to 180 days after leaving active duty to ensure a smooth transition to civilian life.
